It features wifi and linen supplied, a main bedroom with a queen bed and ceiling fan, a second bedroom with a double bed and pedestal fan, a third bedroom with two single beds and a ceiling fan, a living room with ceiling fan, television and DVD player, a dining area with a table and chairs to seat eight, a kitchen equipped with a gas cooktop, electric oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, island bench and bar fridge, a bathroom with a shower over a small bath, vanity and toilet, and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer, as well as a second toilet. Additionally, there is a deck with table, chairs and BBQ, a breakfast bar table and stools with water views, a large mango tree in the backyard with table and chairs, a double carport at the front of the property, a double garage at the back with a single front roller door, two roller doors at the back and room for a boat, as well as a drinks fridge, bikes, boogie boards and fishing rods for guest use. There is also a single garden shed which is not for guest use. Guests can enjoy a walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and cafes, as well as a short drive to Wetside water park, a major shopping centre and boat ramps.
