Kitchens have gas cooktop and oven, a microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and each laundry has washing machine, clothes hoist, ironing board etc.
Undercover parking is provided for cars, and there is also room for trailers and boats. Other features include gas barbeque, outdoor eating area and swimming pool set in tropical surrounds.
